Post Processing
Post processing has always been a part of photography - since darkroom days exposure, contrast, color correction, and local effects have been applied to images for corrective and creative effects. Today more than ever incredible creative results can be achieved with readily accessible software. Tutorials abound on youtube - many of which can be hard to apply to your images, or, they use presets they’ve developed with their own photography in mind. That’s where I come in. I’ll come to you, with your software or mine, and give you hands on teaching on the principles and tools of post-processing so you can achieve the results you want. Workshops can range from 1 hr sessions with your phone or tablet, to several hours with your desktop.

Introduction to Photography
A full day experience, private or in a small group. 25% theory and 75% practice. Topics covered include: exposure, shutter speed, aperture, iso, focus, camera modes, file formats and composition. The day will include an opportunity to hone your skills with a shoot experience which will allow you to cement your new skills. No experience necessary, but you will need a camera. Also includes complimentary access to my introduction to photography e-book.

Pro For a Day
Interested in photography but not sure where to start? Love shooting with your phone, but don’t have an SLR? Spend a customized day with me, use my gear, and walk away with a custom professional level print to hang on your wall. We’ll cover all aspects of making an image from planning, to shooting it, to post-processing and printing it. An excellent way to whet your appetite for photography and to see if you like to learn more.
